| Manufacturing Process :-
High pressure laminates are manufactured
by the combination of multi layers of papers saturated
in Melamine resins (Upper layer) with impregnation
in phenolic resins (rest kraft layers) and are
compressed at a very high pressure within temperature
of 150 o C (approx.) and cooling of
the same therein. After that, the same are trimmed
to size followed by the process of sending (roughing)
to make the same easy for bonding. Now, the product,
which is made out of high quality material having
the standard for well over fifteen years, is ready
for inspection and final packing for despatch.
We provide packing which is the most durable in
case of Export as per the requirement of the customers
Further more , the above products
are available in the thickness of 0.6mm, 0.8mm,
1mm, 2.5mm, 3mm and at the same time considering
the requirement of the customers, material can
be manufactured of any thickness.
